1 Service description

Inspiration heights  d.o.o. (hereinafter " Inspiration heights ") enables and conducts the sale of services through the www.inspirationresort.hr website.

This document is an electronic agreement between Inspiration heights and the User, and by accepting it, both parties accept all rights, obligations and responsibilities set out in it.

2 User profile registration

To purchase any service offered on the Inspiration heights website www.inspirationresort.hr, the User is required to submit their personal data. The data submission is necessary for the User to have easy and simple access to orders, and to be easily contacted about the locations of the excursion pick-up and drop-off together for a successful delivery of the provided excursions confirmations from Inspiration heights .

Inspiration heights is obligated to respect the Customer’s provided data and won’t be using them in their relations with third parties or selling them to third parties.

By data submission, it is considered that the User has read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale and the General Terms of Use in full.

3 Changes in conditions

Inspiration heights reserves the right to revoke or amend the Terms of Sale herein at any time, without prior notice, if it deems it necessary. Therefore, we advise Users to re-read the information contained in the Terms of Sale from time to time to stay informed of such changes. Please note that if there are changes in the Terms of Sale and the User continues to use the Inspiration heights website www.inspirationresort.hr, it is understood that the new Terms have been read, understood, and accepted in full.

4 Purchase of the Organizer's service and issuance of excursion confirmations

An excursion purchased on the Inspiration heights website www.inspirationresort.hr issued in the name specified by the Customer and is proof of purchase of a particular excursion.

At the same time, the Customer enters a legal transaction with Inspiration heights as a provider of the www.inspirationresort.hr booking system for the purpose of generating and issuing excursion confirmations, all in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Prices of services are expressed in EUR.

5 Payment

Inspiration heights allows the User to make purchases with bank cards. The payment processing service is provided by Stripe system, authorized by Inspiration heights .

Depending on the settings payment for services on the Inspiration heights website www.inspirationresort.hr system is possible with the following cards:

Visa (Visa Electron)

Diners®

JCB®

UnionPay®

In addition to bank cards, depending on the settings of the event in question, tickets for the excursion can also be purchased by bank transfer directly to the Inspiration heights account, according to the instructions provided on the payment page.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, all bookings for which we have not received payment within 72 business hours from the time of booking - will be irrevocably cancelled.

6 Ticket delivery

Upon successful purchase, excursion confirmations will be made available to the User and sent to his e-mail address or on a WhatsApp or Viber Smartphone Application in the timeliest possible manner.

7 Use of excursion confirmations

The buyer is obliged to keep the purchased excursion confirmations and may not give them to third parties. Neither Inspiration heights is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed, or copied confirmations and tickets.

8 Refund and complaints

Inspiration heights will do everything possible to ensure a refund in case of significantly severe weather conditions on area around Plitvice Lakes National Park that would make the excursion non-organisable.

Refunds are not possible for personal reasons. Inspiration heights keeps the right to allow customers to reschedule their excursion for a later date if booking availability remains available.

A refund of the amount paid for the right to attend the scheduled excursion is possible only in case of cancellation of the event due to significantly severe weather conditions on area around Plitvice Lakes National Park. Refund of the amount paid for the excursion is not possible in case of personal reasons , such as illness, business obligations, change of opinion, etc.

In accordance with Art. 79, paragraph 1, vol. 12. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is not entitled to unilateral termination of the Distance Contract (refund) since the subject of the contract is the provision of leisure services, which occur at a specific time or period.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer confirms that he has understood this provision and that he will not be able to get a refund of the excursion confirmations for any other legitimate reason.

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the user may send his written complaint to the e-mail address: [email protected] or by mail to the following address: Inspiration heights d.o.o., Nova Cesta 2, 10434 Strmec Samoborski, Croatia. In the complaint, please provide your name, surname and e-mail or postal address for delivery of responses. We will submit a response to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
