class=\"p1\">The underground facility was lined with semicircular concrete shields, arranged every 10 km, to cushion the impact of incoming munitions. The complex included an underground water source, power generators, crew quarters, and other strategic military facilities. At the time of its construction, it was the most expensive residence of a state president.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The interior was impressive. From the marble stairs to the carpets, to the furniture that remained in some rooms. The park is situated in the mountainous region of Croatia.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">With its exceptional natural beauty, this area has always attracted nature lovers, and already on in 1949, it was proclaimed Croatia\u2019s first national park.
