\nYou can share personal data with Inspiration resort d.o.o. through (not limited to):<\/b>

\n\u25cf Communication with Inspiration resort d.o.o. (may be related to the\nservice, through an inquiry or request you have made to us)
\n\u25cf Communication with some of the employees of Inspiration resort\nd.o.o. in person, by e-mail, telephone or in spoken or written form

\n\u25cf Ordering services and \/ or products through delivery services

\n\u25cf Social media monitoring: Inspiration resort d.o.o. can search the Internet for\nrelevant and publicly available content and use it to improve its\nservices, address customer requirements and provide targeted marketing\ncontent.
\n\u25cf When renting a car or booking a group drive service with Inspiration resort,\nwhere the vehicle can be equipped with a geolocation system and a\ndevice for monitoring and locating the vehicle in case the vehicle is stolen\nor not returned to the rental location or to locate the vehicle in case of\naccident or breakdown. The lessee is informed about this before concluding\nthe contract with the lessor (Inspiration resort).

\nWhen you communicate with Inspiration resort d.o.o. as a supplier or business<\/b>
\npartner, potential employee and similar, data collection is done through:
\n\u25cf Concluding cooperation and \/ or employment agreements
\n\u25cf Provision of services by Inspiration resort d.o.o.
\n\u25cf Communication with Inspiration resort d.o.o.
\n\u25cf Developing partnership
\n\u25cf Participation in fairs, events, or promotions
\n\u25cf Voluntary participation in surveys

\nIf you do not want Inspiration resort d.o.o. uses personal data that you did not\nprovide yourself, you can contact us at any time at the e-mail\naddress: dorotea@radman.hr and our Data Protection Officer (DPO) will refer you to\nthe procedure for exercising the rights of Data subjects.

\nSharing personal information<\/b>

\nWe may share your personal information with service providers, business partners\nand other third parties, in accordance with applicable law and business agreements\nwe have with such institutions. In certain cases, when the law does not require it,\nyour personal data may be passed on to third parties such as accounting service,\ncompany that provides customer management software, company that analyses our\nwebsite, delivery service and the like. This way Inspiration resort d.o.o. confirms\nthat it warned all suppliers (third parties) used in business that they are obliged to\ncomply with the GDPR, and that all collected and processed data that are not part\nof legal obligations must be resolved by concluding Data Protection Agreement\n(DPA) which clearly stipulates the obligations of suppliers. How to treat personal\ndata obtained in accordance with the law and other positive regulations, and to\napply adequate organizational and technical data protection measures.

\nIf we are required by law to obtain your consent or for any other reason, we\nbelieve that your consent is required in certain circumstances, we will ask for it\nbefore sharing your personal information.

\nAfter you provide us your personal data, it is possible to update, change or request\ntheir deletion via e-mail: dorotea@radman.hr. You can ask other privacy questions\nor submit your privacy complaints through the same address. In order to prevent\nunauthorized requests, in the process of exercising your rights, we will ask you to\nfill in the form for exercising the rights of Data subjects (natural persons) and\nforward it to us.

\nScope related to the Internet<\/b>

\nSocial networks<\/b>
\nIf you are a member of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,\nLinkedIn, etc., you should be familiar with the tools provided by these sites and\nchoosing how to share personal information on social media profiles.
\nIn addition, depending on the choice related to settings on various social networks,\ncertain personal information may be shared with Inspiration resort d.o.o.; for\nexample, information about your online activities, social media profiles (e.g.,\ninterests, marital status, gender, username, photo, comments, and content you\nhave posted \/ shared, etc.).

\nChildren and minors<\/b>
\nInspiration resort d.o.o. does not communicate in any way with children and\n\/ or minors. If accidental contact occurs, all contact and communication with\nchildren and minors is carried out in a way that communicates, talks, negotiates\nand contracts exclusively with the parent \/ guardian. The contract, consent,\nconsent, and any other legally binding document are signed exclusively by the\nparent \/ guardian.

\nHow do we store data?<\/b>
\nWe store and process only those data and from those users who have given personal\nconsent for their processing and \/ or in accordance with contractual obligations or\nwe have obtained such data based on law or contract. The protection of personal\ndata privacy is permanent, and we take all measures to protect it in accordance\nwith the General Data Protection Regulation.

\nHow do we protect the User's personal data?<\/b>
\nAccording to the assessed risks for personal data, Inspiration resort d.o.o. has\nestablished technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal\ndata. These measures are related to office document protection, computer\nprotection, employee code of conduct, contractual relations with external service\nproviders. In addition, financial transactions are regulated and supervised by the\nNational Bank.

\nThe rights you have<\/b>

\nWe want to get to know you better so that we can provide you with a better service,\nwhile respecting your choices about how we use your personal information.

\n1. Consent<\/b>
\nYou may be asked to give your consent for the collection of data and their use.

\n2. Right to Erasure<\/b>
\nYou may request the deletion of all your personal data for which you have\npreviously given consent to use unless there is a legal impediment to the deletion\nof which we will adequately inform you.

\n3. Right to Data Portability<\/b>
\nYou can transfer your personal data from one electronic processing system to\nanother without interfering with the data\ncontroller.

\n4. Right to Object<\/b>
\nIt is your right to relinquish your consent in whole or in part, without consequences\nand explanations, and to request the cessation of your personal data processing and\nmarketing activities directed at you. \n5. Right to Restrict Data Processing<\/b>
\nThe Data subject has the right to obtain a processing restriction from the Data\ncontroller if:
\n\u25cf the Data subject disputes the accuracy of personal data, for the period\nduring which the controller allows the accuracy of personal data to be\nverified.
\n\u25cf the processing is illegal, and the Data subject opposes the deletion of\npersonal data and instead requests a restriction on their use.
\n\u25cf the Data controller no longer needs personal data for processing purposes,\nbut the Data subject requests them in order to set, realize or defend legal\nclaims.
\n\u25cf the Data subject has lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Article\n21\n(1) of the Personal Data Protection Regulation pending confirmation of\nwhether the legitimate reasons of the Data controller exceed the reasons of\nthe Data subject.
